REALIGN

An Online Hui to Support Your
Mind, Body, and Emotions by practicing kilo.

In Ê»ĆŒlelo HawaiÊ»i, kilo means to observe or watch closely with care and attention.

It’s a way of learning by mindfully examining nature, like the stars, ocean, and plants, to understand the world around us.

Because kānaka are ʻāina, itʻs important for us to kilo within too and attune to our thoughts, sensations, and feelings.

Our next Realign Cohort will likely begin in March 2025.

Join a space designed to help you set an intention and align with that intention with the support of Anuhea and an intimate online group.

There's no "right" or "wrong" way to feel or be—just space to exist, observe, and explore with curiosity.

You'll Experience

90-minute mental health support and education sessions held online, accessible from anywhere.

Each session will be recorded and available for a limited time, so you won’t miss out on the wisdom shared.

Education on the foundational strategies I typically teach clients in the first 6-9 sessions of therapy to cultivate self-awareness and self-care

While this is *not* therapy, it’s a dedicated container to learn and connect in community with others.

Why join?

This is your time to pause and just be. In this space, you can observe and reflect, engaging at your comfort level—there’s no pressure. It’s a welcoming place to practice mindfulness, connecting with yourself and others in a natural way. Set an intention for the Lono or KĆ« season and join an online community that will support you in aligning with it.

Who Is This Group For?

Hawaiians and Non, Hawaiians. In Hawaiʻi and Beyond. However, it is Kānaka Maoli centered.

Ideally, this is for those who year to reroot more deeply into their Hawaiian identities and learn strategies for improving mental health that are culturally-aligned and trauma-informed.

Resilient Advocates

ʻIo

Symbolized by the ʻIo, the Hawaiian Hawk, known for its resilience and soaring vision.

You're already engaged in meaningful work in our Lāhui and rooted in culture. The work is hard, but is it even work? because itʻs your passion and part of your identity. What even is work-life balance? You're committed to learning and taking action, but itʻs hard for you to take breaks, delegate, turn off your mind, stop worrying about your work, family, all the things that you truly care about. This space will offer you the reprieve to recoup, rejuvenate, and recharge alongside others with similar dedication to growth, which is often difficult, but necessary for your health, wellbeing, the sustainability of your work, and role as a leader in your community.

Nurturing Navigators

Pueo

Symbolized by the Pueo, the Hawaiian Owl, who guides and nurtures with wisdom.

You’re on a journey, following several Hawaiian thought leaders, other mental health therapists. Maybe you consume a lot of health and wellbeing information. You yearn to root more deeply into your *own* insights and intuition, to cultivate the skills necessary to tap into your own truth, but sometimes thatʻs difficult with all the distractions, noise, and conflicting opinions out there by all the "experts" online. You seek encouragement, accountability, and structure to stay connected to your goals. This group will provide the hand-holding and guidance you need to become confident in attuning to yourself; your body, your thoughts, your feelings- so you become confident in your own wisdom.

Cultural Seekers

ʻApapane

Symbolized by the ʻApapane, a vibrant native songbird, deeply connected to Hawaiian forests.

If you've ever struggled with feeling "not Hawaiian enough," this space is for you. Maybe youʻre disconnected from Hawaiian culture and identity because youʻre in diaspora or werenʻt taught much, maybe you just began to take interest. You deeply desire to connect with your culture, identity, and a welcoming community that will allow you to explore, learn without judgment, and process your thoughts and feelings related to your heritage and mental health, but with respectful, honest feedback. This group will provide the container for you to cultivate a sense of safety within yourself to manage your mental health in a culturally-aligned way, not just this season, but moving beyond as well.

Devoted Caregivers

ʻAlalā

Symbolized by the ʻAlalā, the Hawaiian Crow thrives on social bonds/dedication to others.

You’re someone who often places others before yourself, and spending time and money on your own well-being might feel challenging or even guilt-inducing. With this group, you can prioritize the self-care and community-care  you deserve, but if you really canʻt make it live, the replays will be available too. Also, this is the only time Realign will be offered at the *beta* discount rate of 50% off. Yes, the money and time could be spent elsewhere, but you know that investing in yourself will be a benefit to you and all those you care for. Can you commit to this? Itʻs 6 weeks, with breaks in between. I send reminders. Participation and engagement is informal, no pressure, designed to allow for ease of just showing up and being together.

Where?

Sessions will be held on Zoom—please join from a private, confidential space. Using headphones is recommended to help maintain privacy and respect the confidentiality of everyone in the group. Making the effort to attend each session and creating a safe environment will help us all connect more openly.
